Tour Plan

Upon arrival (prior to 12:00 pm), you will be collected from the airport or bus terminal and transferred to the centrally located Chameleon Guesthouse. This afternoon, join the feeding tour at N/a'ankusê Lodge, where you'll have wonderful photographic opportunities of large predators including lions, leopards, and wild dogs that cannot be released back into the wild. Learn more about these fascinating animals during this unforgettable experience. Return to Chameleon Guesthouse in the evening for dinner and an overnight stay.

Your adventure begins at 7:30 am with a pre-departure briefing before setting off. After a brief stop in Otjiwarongo for any last-minute supplies, we continue toward Etosha, enjoying a light picnic lunch on the move. Spend the afternoon on an exhilarating game drive through the park, visiting waterholes in search of predators and wildlife including zebra, giraffe, elephant, rhino, and various antelope species. Arrive at your lodge just before sunset and settle into your en-suite rooms, complete with tea and coffee facilities. A delicious dinner will be prepared over an open fire, we highly recommend a visit to the floodlit waterhole for a truly magical evening experience.

Accomodation: Etosha Village Camp

Your adventure begins with a sunrise game drive, the perfect time to spot predators while they're still active as you visit several waterholes. A second game drive mid-morning takes you to the breathtaking Etosha Pan, known as the "great white place." Here, you'll step out of the vehicle to experience this vast 4,500 sq km saline desert before continuing your search for the Big Four.

Arrive back at Halali, where a delicious lunch will pe prepared while you cool off with a dip in the pool or simply relax by the camp waterhole, watching wildlife come and go.

After lunch, embark on your final game drive across the park toward Okaukuejo, stopping at renowned waterholes along the way. You'll exit the park just before sunset.Return to your accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Accomodation: Etosha Village Camp

After an early morning breakfast, depart from the lodge at 7:30 am and embark on a 7hour journey into the dramatic, breathtaking landscapes of Damaraland. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to meet the wonderful Herero ladies, who sell their handmade arts and crafts to support their rural families. A light roadside lunch is served in the shadow of Namibia's tallest mountain, the majestic Brandberg, where you can interact with some of the colourful local characters who call this harsh environment home.

Continuing down the iconic Skeleton Coast, we pause to explore the remains of a small shipwreck, a haunting reminder of the region's maritime history. Arrive in Swakopmund late in the afternoon, where you'll have time to explore this charming seaside town on foot. Depending on the season, enjoy a leisurely coffee and cake at one of the many delightful cafes.

Accomodation: Hotel Pension A la Mer

A free morning to explore the town centre of Swakopmund or for the adrenalin junkies, join the 2 hour sand boarding trip into the sand dunes. You will be picked up from your guesthouse/hotel in Swakopmund at 11:15 am, (wintertime 10:15 am) for a brief pre-departure talk.

Driving via the Kuiseb Canyon and Solitaire, you'll arrive at your camp late in the afternoon and have a chance to relax and enjoy the views before taking a short walk for sunset overlooking the Naukluft Mountain range. Your overnight stay will be in twin rooms with en-suite bathroom facilities. Pool and bar are available. Dinner is prepared by your guide over an open fire.

Accomodation: Desert Quiver Camp

Depart at dawn and arrive at the park gate for a breathtaking sunrise. Drive 55km along an ancient riverbed flanked by towering dunes to the 2x4 parking, then take a 4x4 shuttle into the Sossusvlei area. Marvel at the early morning light and embrace the profound tranquility of this remarkable landscape.

Explore on foot, wandering into Dead Vlei, a surreal expanse of white cracked clay dotted with skeletal camel thorn trees, contrasting dramatically against the ever-changing colours of the surrounding dunes.

On the drive back, stop at iconic Dune 45, climb to the top for sweeping views or simply admire its beauty from below. Visit nearby Sesriem Canyon, one of the area's few permanent water sources. Arrive back at your lodge in the late afternoon to witness a stunning desert sunset.

Accomodation: Desert Quiver Camp

Enjoy an early morning breakfast before departing for Solitaire Guest Farm, where you'll join a biologist to track wild cheetahs at the Namib Conservation Centre. From there, your journey continues to Windhoek via the scenic Naukluft Mountains and Rehoboth, arriving in the mid-afternoon. You will be dropped at your accommodation of choice, transferred directly to the international airport for your onward flight, or taken to the bus terminal for your overnight bus connection.

For guests choosing to fly today, please ensure no flights are booked before 5:00 PM to allow for any unexpected delays returning from safari. Your outbound airport transfer is included, whether for today or a later departure date.
