Starting in Uganda, you’ll track endangered mountain gorillas before spending three days in Kenya’s Masai Mara. This phenomenal holiday ends with four days on the exotic spice island of Zanzibar.

Day 01 :

Arrive in Entebbe and Overnight

You'll arrive in Entebbe today, and after clearing customs and immigration, you'll be met by your driver at international arrivals You'll then be driven to your guesthouse in Entebbe, where you'll stay for one night on a bed and breakfast basis.

Day 02 :

Fly to Kihihi & Transfer to your Bwindi Lodge

This morning you're driven back to the airport to catch the first Aerolink flight down to Kihihi. Enjoy this incredible flight, taking you low over Uganda and offering stunning views of the landscapes beneath you. You'll arrive in Kihihi before midday, where you'll be met by your driver for the two-hour journey to Mahogany Springs Lodge. Your stay here for the next two nights is on a full board basis. This afternoon is free to spend at leisure, relax, or take part in optional activities (at additional cost) such as forest walks, birdwatching, and village walks.

Day 03 :

Gorilla Trekking

Prepare for a life-changing encounter with the endangered mountain gorillas in the ancient Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Guided by expert trackers, you'll journey through the dense canopy to find your assigned habituated group. The trek can last between two and seven hours, but the reward is a profound and emotional hour spent just metres away from these gentle giants. Afterward, return to the refined comfort of your lodge to relax and reflect on this extraordinary, once-in-a-lifetime wildlife experience in the heart of the Pearl of Africa.

Day 04-06 :

On safari in the Masai Mara National Reserve

Fly from Kihihi to the Masai Mara to begin a spectacular three-night safari in Kenya's most iconic reserve. Each day, enjoy morning and afternoon game drives across the vast plains, where sightings of the Big Five, cheetahs, and great herds are legendary. You may also opt for a nocturnal game drive, a guided bush walk, or an authentic visit to a Maasai village. This immersive experience captures the essence of East African wildlife, offering a sophisticated and thrilling encounter with one of the world's premier ecosystems.

Day 07 :

Fly to Zanzibar & Transfer to the Beach

Today you'll enjoy an early morning game drive before being driven to the airstrip in time for your scheduled light aircraft flight to Nairobi, where you'll board a connecting flight to the exotic island of Zanzibar. You'll be met on arrival and driven to your accommodation, where you'll stay for the next four nights. We offer a range of accommodation options on the island, and we'll ensure you're matched with the most suitable choice for your requirements and sense of style whether that's a rustic beach lodge or a luxurious 5-star resort.

Day 08-10 :

Zanzibar Beaches

Spend three days at leisure on the pristine shores of Zanzibar, the ideal destination for post-safari relaxation. Unwind on white-sand beaches or explore the island's vibrant culture with a visit to historic Stone Town and its local spice plantations. For those seeking adventure, the turquoise waters offer world-class diving, snorkelling, and sea kayaking, with the chance to spot dolphins and green turtles. Day 11 :

International Outbound Flight

Sadly, your "Gorillas, Masai Mara and Zanzibar" adventure has come to an end. After a final breakfast at your hotel, you'll check out of your accommodation and be driven to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ) for your flight home.
